■Payment

You can choose from credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, DINERS, AMEX), bank transfer or cash on delivery.

■Credit card *We use the SSL system for credit card security.
Please rest assured that your card number will be encrypted and transmitted securely.

■Please pay by bank transfer in advance.
Please note that transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

■Cash on delivery Cash on delivery will be by Sagawa Express.
Payment is by cash only. You cannot select products that cannot be paid for by cash on delivery.

・A COD fee will be charged in addition to the product price and shipping fee (fees vary depending on the purchase amount).

Please have the amount stated in the email we send you ready when the product is delivered.
There are some areas, such as remote islands, Hokkaido, and Okinawa, where we are unable to accept cash on delivery.

Customers who have previously refused to receive a package cannot select cash on delivery.
Please choose prepayment.

■Returns and exchanges

We take great care in checking the products and their quality before shipping, but in the unlikely event that

If the product delivered is different from what you ordered or if the product is damaged or soiled, we will replace the product.

When you receive the product, please immediately check the contents and quantity of the delivered item.

As a general rule, for returns and exchanges, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we may not be able to respond to any inquiries after that time.

Only Sagawa Express allows you to choose from seven time slots.

8-12am, 12-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm, 6-8pm, 6-9pm, 7-9pm

For large items, it is not possible to specify a delivery date and time. If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please use the redelivery reception service.
