Q: How much is the shipping fee?

●Flat rate: 600 yen *Okinawa: 1,200 yen However, additional relay fees will be charged for Okinawa and remote islands, so please be sure to inquire about the relay fees before placing your order.

Q. I want to change the delivery address

If you have received an order confirmation email, your order has already been prepared for shipping, but if you have not yet shipped your order, we may be able to make changes, so please contact us as soon as possible. We will make the changes.

If the product has been shipped, a transfer fee will be charged in accordance with Sagawa Express's regulations, so please bear this fee yourself.
(Even if the shipping email has not been sent, we may be unable to collect your package if it has been handed over to the shipping company.)

Q. I was not at home when the package was delivered. Can it be redelivered?

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the delivery company will leave a "delivery notice", so please contact the delivery office listed directly within 7 days of the shipping date.
If you are unable to collect your package after the storage period has expired, it will be returned to us.
You will be charged for the shipping costs incurred in this case, as well as the shipping costs for both ways when we resend the item.

Our store issues all receipts and statements online.

We do not enclose any documents indicating the price with the product.
Therefore, when issuing a receipt, a URL for issuing a web receipt will be included in the shipping completion email.
