How to order

Select the option and quantity from the product page you want and add it to your cart.
After completing your order, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email after a while, please check your spam folder or check the status of your order from your order history.
Please make sure that you are set up to receive emails from info@trickholic.net before placing your order.

*In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, all items are shipped from our warehouse using our shipping system. Therefore, we cannot add, include, or change items after an order has been placed, so please be sure to check the contents again before placing your order.

Payment

[Bank transfer]
If you choose bank transfer (prepayment), please transfer the amount to the following account number within 5 days of placing your order.
The product will be shipped after payment has been confirmed. *If payment is not confirmed after 5 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If you purchase an outlet item, please make the bank transfer within 3 days. If you do not make the transfer within 3 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Returns Policy

After receiving the product, please check the contents to ensure there are no mistakes.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customers who have purchased outlet or C-grade items.

In case of defective product
If there is any problem with the product, please contact us by email or phone within 3 days of receiving the product.
*If there is a defect, please take a photo of the product as it is and contact us by email.

If the return is due to a defective product or damage during shipping, we will cover the shipping and handling fees for the return.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products returned without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

In case of customer convenience
Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons, such as the color or size being different from what you expected, will only be accepted for unopened products.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Items that have passed the exchange/return period cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

1. In the case of an exchange, the shipping costs for the product to and from will be borne by the customer.
