The initial embroidery will be a single uppercase English letter.
The capital English letters you select when placing your order will be embroidered as is, so please be sure to check carefully before placing your order to avoid any mistakes.

We cannot remake your item if you have selected the wrong initials. You will need to purchase a new item.
We cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Your order will be shipped approximately 7 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- The estimated shipping time is around 7 business days, but if the item is ready sooner we will ship it as soon as possible.

Remove any dirt using a cotton swab or similar tool with diluted neutral detergent.
(The metal parts are coated and may rust if they get wet, so wipe them off with a dry cloth.)
