Please note that the bear's face may vary slightly, but you cannot choose.
The text can be up to 8 characters long and a motif can be added at the end of the text.
Hiragana and English only (motifs and spaces count as one character)
The characters you enter when placing your order will be embroidered exactly as they are. (The distinction between uppercase and lowercase English letters will also be embroidered exactly as they are.)

(2) Select a motif *If you do not need one, select "None."
(3) The embroidery thread selection motif is added at the very end. (It cannot be moved.)

*If you would like the same color but the embroidered letters are different, please add each item to your cart and purchase them separately.

The size of the letters and motifs will change depending on the length of your name.
We cannot accept requests to re-produce items due to incorrect input of characters. You will need to purchase a new item.
We cannot accept changes to text or cancellations of orders after they have been placed.
Since each bear's face is different, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to differences in image.
Please be sure to understand this before purchasing.

About Shipping
Your order will be shipped approximately 7 business days after it is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
・Date and time cannot be specified
- The estimated shipping time is around 7 business days, but if the item is ready sooner we will ship it as soon as possible.
-If there are any other products included, please note that they will be shipped together with the name tag approximately 7 business days after purchase.
-Please note that shipping may be delayed if we need to confirm something with you.

<<Caution>>
The metal fittings will become hot, so do not leave them in direct sunlight for long periods of time or near fire or heating appliances.

Remove any dirt using a cotton swab or similar tool with diluted neutral detergent.
(The metal parts are coated and may rust if they get wet, so wipe them off with a dry cloth.)
