*Please note that frequent washing or drying may cause the filling to come out.
*When washing, please place the item in a laundry net and wash it alone (on a gentle cycle). Even when spin-drying, please leave the item in the net for no more than 2 minutes.
*Please note that if you are using a washing machine of 10 kg or less, or especially a drum type, the product may be damaged during washing, so please wash it in a large washing machine at a laundromat or at a specialized store. (We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items torn by washing.)
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after washing, as we will not be able to determine whether the product is defective or not.
*Regarding white spots: White spots are caused by the uneven pattern of the quilting and are unavoidable during the production process, so we ship them as good products.
Cream ivory is a light color so it is hard to notice.
